Chemists also known as pharmacists are health professionals who will provide the medicines that have been ordered by the doctor or dentist. They can also give you advice on common illnesses. If you are entitled to free medicine, you will be asked to provide proof of this such as your HC2 certificate. If you are not entitled to free medicine you will be charged for your prescriptions.
