A Time of Our Lives - Poole's Older People's Strategy (2008-2013)
Wednesday 3 November 2010This Strategy, which is aptly names 'A Time of Our Lives' highlights all the good things that are currently being done with older people in Poole, and will be a catalyst for more improvements in the future. It looks five years ahead, and has been based entirely on what older people in Poole have told us.
The Strategy is led by the Older People's Services Steering Group, which is part of the Poole Partnership. This group consists of representatives from a range of agencies as well as local councillors, Poole's Older People's Champion and local older people, and is chaired by a local older person.
