What we aim to acheive

Poole Children's Trust provides strategic leadership and direction to all partner agencies which support children, young people and their families in Poole. 

 
   We have written a Children and Young People's Plan.  It is
   about supporting children and young people to achieve their full
   potential, as they are the heart of everything we do. We will
   focus on improving education, health, job prospects, keeping
   safe and enjoying life.

We focus on the Every Child Matters outcomes and the Children Act 2004.

The 5 Every Child Matters outcomes are:

Be healthy
Stay safe
Enjoy and achieve
Make a positive contribution
Achieve economic wellbeing
