Tuesday 9 August 2011EVENT OBJECTIVES
• Share information and advice about services for older people in Poole. • Engage stakeholders in using, promoting and raising awareness about the newly launched website SOURCE • Provide an opportunity for providers of older people’s services and service user groups to network.
OVERVIEW Around 70 people attended the event, including representatives of service providers from the public and voluntary sector and service user groups.
The event included: • Networking & Visiting the Stalls - 20+ stands showcased the work of organisations providing service(s) for older people. • Presentation & Demonstration of the SOURCE website • Workshop on the promotion and development of SOURCE
