The LINk held a ‘Personalisation Day’ in Poole on 27th April 2010 - Final Report 9th July 2010
The LINk is an independent, voluntary organisation which works to improve health and social care services in Poole. We’ve gathered lots of comments from people in Poole who want improved access to information about social care. By working together with the Borough of Poole and lots of local groups, the LINk held a ‘Personalisation Day’ in Poole on 27th April 2010, which 92 people attended. The personalisation agenda empowers people to shape the care they receive. This LINk event was organised to share information and find out what local people really want from social care services. Here's a final report on the day. For more information on Poole LINks, visit
