Short Story Competition and Celebration of Short Fiction

The Friends 4 Upton Library (F4UL) are presenting 'An Evening in Celebration of Short Fiction' on Thursday 29th March 2012 at 7.30 pm in Upton Library. A competition is now open for email submissions of fiction in not more than 1000 words, on any subject, any genre. There are two cash prizes, including one for under 18s, and the best of the stories will be read out at the event. All are welcome, not just the participants. Competition Submissions sheets are available here . The closing date for your story is 7th March 2012. Early submissions would be welcome.'
