A Time to be Secure and Comfortable in Your Home

The presentation details the work undertaken by Poole Housing Partnership and Housing and Community Services in assisting older people to make their homes more comfortable and secure.  It details grants available (most of which are means tested) along with more joined up working between the two to help older people with adaptations, energy efficiency and a response service for when people have accidents or an emergency at home.
