Affordable Warmth Strategy

Borough of Poole has developed a community led Affordable Warmth Strategy to address the issue of fuel poverty. Fuel poverty occurs when households are unable to afford sufficient energy for health and comfort due to the combined effect of low income, inadequate heating systems and a lack of insulation.
